Cookie Policy
Effective Date: July 30, 2026
Oalgo — a product of Kshonee Private Limited
Scope: Oalgo is available exclusively to residents of India, accessing the Platform from within India. This Cookie Policy is written for that launch phase and is not a global document.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how Kshonee Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Oalgo (the "Platform"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website or use the Platform, and the choices available to you.
This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which it supplements — the Privacy Policy covers how we handle your personal data generally; this Policy focuses specifically on cookies and tracking technologies.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device, remember information about your visit, and — depending on the type of cookie — make the site work, understand how it's used, or serve you relevant content. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage and session identifiers, which this Policy refers to collectively as "cookies."
3. Categories Of Cookies We Use
This site currently sets only essential cookies required for it to load and function. It does not set functional, analytics, or marketing cookies. The categories described below apply to the full Oalgo platform; the specific cookies in each category, with their names and durations, are published on this page when those features become available.
Strictly necessary
Session management, login state, and remembering your cookie consent choice. The Platform will not work without these. Always on — cannot be disabled.
Functional
Remembering interface preferences to improve your experience. Optional — requires your consent, off by default.
Analytics
Understanding how the Platform is used, so we can improve it. Includes session recording — a third-party tool that records your on-screen activity and replays it to us, with passwords masked out at capture. See Privacy Policy Section 2.8. Optional — requires your consent, off by default.
Marketing / advertising
Measuring how our marketing campaigns perform, and showing you relevant advertising on other websites and platforms. Optional — requires your consent, off by default.
These four categories are independent
You can accept or reject Functional, Analytics, and Marketing separately — accepting one does not accept the others. Only Strictly necessary cookies are always on, and rejecting any of the other three does not affect your ability to use the Platform.
Marketing and advertising cookies, once introduced, will be placed only after you accept the Marketing category. If you reject it, or choose "Reject Non-Essential," no advertising or retargeting technology is placed and no data is shared with any advertising platform. See our Privacy Policy Section 17 for what is shared if and when you do accept.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party service providers we use, rather than directly by us. These are:
An analytics provider — usage and traffic measurement, with IP anonymization enabled (Analytics category — requires your consent).
Advertising platforms — campaign measurement and retargeting, once introduced (Marketing category — requires your consent).
The cookie that remembers your consent choice is set by us directly, not by any third party.
These providers handle the data they collect under their own privacy and cookie practices, governed by their own policies. We identify our service providers by category rather than by name in this Policy, so that the categories remain accurate as individual vendors change. You have the right to obtain the identities of the specific third parties with whom your personal data has been shared — you can request this at any time using the data request process described in our Privacy Policy Section 14, and we will respond within 30 days.
5. How We Manage Your Consent
We run our own first-party consent system to record and honour your cookie choices. We do not use a third-party consent management provider, so no external consent vendor receives your data or sets a cookie on your device. When you first visit the Platform, you will see a consent banner offering three equally prominent options:
Accept All — enables all cookie categories, including analytics
Reject Non-Essential — enables only strictly necessary cookies
Manage Preferences — lets you choose category by category
You can change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie settings link available in the Platform's footer. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled, as described in Section 3.
We record the timestamp and content of your consent choice, consistent with our Privacy Policy Section 2.10.
6. How To Manage Cookies In Your Browser
In addition to the consent options above, most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings, including blocking cookies entirely or deleting existing ones. Doing so may affect your ability to use some features of the Platform, particularly if you block strictly necessary cookies.
Browser-level cookie controls are generally available in your browser's settings, privacy, or security menu — the exact location varies by browser and device.
7. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or applicable law. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and update the "Effective Date" at the top, consistent with the change-notification approach described in our Privacy Policy Section 20.
8. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Cookie Policy, contact us at contact@oalgo.trade, or reach our Grievance Officer using the details in our Privacy Policy Section 15.
